		<description>If you drive up to the tower on La Avanzada Street, there are a few parking spaces located on public land just outside the perimeter fence and entry gate.  If you park there and walk around, you can get pretty close.</description>

		<description>I went walking up around there a couple weeks ago. It&#039;s quite a hike, but the view is certainly worth it. I&#039;m still trying to figure out how to get to the bottom of the tower. I&#039;m sure it&#039;s fenced off or something.
