Well first off there was this attack on some building in New York...i think the twin towers were damaged or something...yeah well they directly supported the people who did that. Next, our intelligemce knows sadam is hording weapons and they just wanted proof for the rest of the world. so they (the UN)sent in these inspectors recently, and even without using intelligence from any country (to give sadam every cheat possible) still found proof he had stock piled weapons AND LIED TO THE WORLD! oh oh also he is an oppressive dictator who murders and keeps his people in perpetual poverty so if you are concerned with human rights on any level you should want them free. hmmmmm let me see oh in a recent speech he advocated a jihad against the US. because anyone who dies for him will "turn into a green bird and fly to paradise". and also any american agressor will "die at our gates" so he is being a little less then cuddly there. this goes on and on. just know he is a bad bad man and for the greater good of the human race and world politics he should be put to sleep. i know it's not as fun as making protest signs and pouting about war and free love but sometimes the grown ups have to do things that baby can't understand. but baby will thank them later. if you are against this war you are simply uninformed on what Sadam has done and how he treats his people. to say you care about human life and peace and against this war then...um...you've gotta be a special kind of slow. but keep protesting and attacking the decision to go to war. it's cute oh i see…you are unfamiliar with Iraq’s offenses. Sending our troops to a foreign country that we muscled into following strict restrictions (which they are now being condemned for) to fight a battle with an enemy that has yet to throw the first punch is offensive. Spending trillions of dollars outside of our country when that money is so badly needed to help our programs, people and economy is ridiculous. What we are suggesting doing varies little from what England did in the past, causing the formation of our very country. Iraq is oil. Oil is money. The current administration made a good amount of their fortune via oil. Pro-war people have said that lower oil prices can be expected after we invade Iraq. They say this is a good thing for our country and economy. You know, if it was not for all of the rich, powerful politicians in office making so much money off of oil, we would not be using it anymore. It is obsolete. Cleaner, cheaper and more efficient energy systems exist today and are only not proliferated due to their existence's impact on oil. If these new energy types were put out on to the open market, lots of powerful people would suddenly not be quite so rich and powerful. Finally, let us all remember to continue this in an adult manner and not let it degrade as these conversations often do in the online world.
